Procedure for the Employment of Foreign Cultural and Educational Experts
Those schools and training centers that have the qualification to employ foreign cultural and educational experts shall apply to Zhejiang Education Department for an approval before any specific employment takes place. They should provide the following documents:
1．application report
2．resume of the foreign teacher to employ, in Chinese and his/her native language
3．recommendation letter(s) concerning the would-be foreign teacher’s work experience (a recommendation from the previous employer shall to be needed if he/she has worked for any previous school or university)
4．copies of the highest degree/diploma or the professional certificate obtained by the expert to employ
5．copy of the passport of the expert to employ
